Refund policy
At AevArt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your artwork, we offer a straightforward and transparent return and refund process.
1. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
“Love your art, or send it back within 30 days.”
Returns Policy:
You have 30 calendar daysfrom the date you receive your artwork to request a return and get aFULL refund.
Standard Artworks:Eligible for the 30-day full Returns AND Exchanges policy.
Custom Orders:Fully personalized custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged during transit.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. RETURN PROCESS & SHIPPING
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aevart.com .
Return Authorization:Once your request is approved, If you need, we can provide a prepaid return label, and the actual shipping cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.
Please note that all returns must be sent back to our studio in the UK, and international return shipping costs for large items may be quite high.
Return Condition:Returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaged using the original reinforced paper tube or wooden crate. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are improperly packaged or damaged during return shipping.
Shipping Fees:For returns due to personal preference (e.g., "changed my mind"), the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. DAMAGED ART
If your piece arrives damaged, email support@aevart.com with:
Your Order Number
Photos of the damaged art & packaging
Solution: We provide Priority Repainting (5–8 business days) or a Full Refund. We handle the courier claim for the damaged piece at no cost to you.
4. WATCH YOUR ART COME TO LIFE (QUALITY ASSURANCE)
We strive to prevent returns before they happen. During the creation process:
Progress Updates: We send you photos and videos of your exact order during the process.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
Credit: Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
