If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact our team at support@aevart.com within 7 days with photos of the artwork and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Free shipping, taxes and import duties included for orders delivered to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. No additional shipping or customs charges apply to these destinations.

Each artwork is hand-painted to order. Production takes approximately 7–10 days; shipping takes approximately 10–15 days. Please allow an estimated 17–25 days in total. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Before dispatch, we will send photos or a video of your finished artwork for your review. We ship only after you confirm you are satisfied. Review or revision time may extend the delivery estimate.
