1. Production & Handling Time Since every piece is meticulously hand-painted and requires a stabilization period for the paint to dry:

Production Time: 5-8 business days.

Quality Inspection: Every piece is inspected before being prepared for shipment to ensure gallery-perfect quality.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time We partner with premium global carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

United States: 5-8 business days (Free Shipping).

International: 5-8 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: 10-16 business days from order to door.

3. Packaging & Protection

Rolled Canvases: Shipped in reinforced, heavy-duty tubes to prevent creasing.

Framed Pieces: Secured in custom-built wooden crates for maximum protection during long-distance transit.

4. Customs & Import Taxes For international orders, local import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
