How long does delivery take?

Shipping time: Under normal circumstances, shipping via FedEx/DHL takes 3-7 days.

Creation time: Each piece is hand-painted by professional artists and takes 7-10 working days. The artwork you order is created by the original artist.

During the creation process, the artist will show you photos and videos of the painting you ordered. You can make all your requests, such as colors and tones. The artist will make all necessary modifications. We will only deliver the painting to you when you are completely satisfied with it.

How are these artworks packaged?

Rolled paintings are carefully packed in sturdy paper tubes, and framed paintings are carefully packed in high-quality wooden boxes.

Who is responsible for delivery?

Depending on the destination and the volume of work, we use courier companies such as FedEx or DHL.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We offer worldwide delivery, or at least to all countries/regions where our partner delivery companies operate! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at support@aevart.com, and we will definitely find a delivery solution - even if you live on a desert island!

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs are included in the price regardless of the destination.

Is the artwork shipment insured?

Of course! Aev Art provides insurance for artwork shipments. You don't need to worry about any safety issues, and there are no hidden fees.

Can I have the artwork shipped to another country or someone else?

We will deliver the goods to the address provided on your order. Usually, we will arrange the delivery date with the recipient (that is, the recipient name you provided). If it's a surprise gift, please let us know!

International taxes

Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local relevant regulations will apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if needed, we will assist you in necessary communication with customs.
