Yes! You may request a signature on the front (lower right) as a personalized mark of authenticity—turning your piece into a unique collectible.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY
Guaranteed. Every stroke is hand-laid by our artists—no machines, no shortcuts. You will see the unique texture and natural character that only true handcrafting can create. We can even provide process videos to verify the creation of your piece.
We use professional-grade oil and acrylic paints on heavy linen canvases. Laboratory tests confirm their resistance to fading and moisture.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production: 5-8 business days (hand-painting and drying take time).
Shipping: 5-8 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Total Estimated Delivery: 10-16 business days to your door.
We take extreme care in protection. Rolled canvases ship in reinforced, heavy-duty tubes; framed pieces are secured in custom-built wooden crates. In the unlikely event of damage, we offer an immediate free replacement or a full refund.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange within30 daysof delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer a free replacement for any items damaged during transit. Simply contact us at support@aevart.com with your order number and photos of the damaged artwork. We will handle the claim and dispatch a replacement within 5-8 business days.
