2. Return Conditions & Shipping
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs and any associated customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Authorization: Please contact us at support@aevart.com to receive the correct return warehouse address before shipping.
3. Damaged Items (Free Replacement) In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged:
Our Guarantee: We provide a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Claim: Email us at support@aevart.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the artwork and the packaging).
Resolution: We will handle the courier claim and dispatch your replacement within 5-8 business days.
4. Custom & Personalized Orders Due to their unique nature, custom-sized or fully personalized artworks are generally non-refundable once approved via progress photos and shipped.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval within 3 business days.
Refund Credit: Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
